Some posts are appearing out of chronological order. For instance I posted a week or so ago, then made another post afterwards but the first one appeared as being made twenty minutes earlier when I wasn't even online  So maybe people are missing their posts that way.

I am soooooooooooooooooooo happy :elefant:

Yeah, I posted about that a few days ago as it was leaving me a bit

We've got the date for the funeral through :sad02: I know it's something that has to happen and I just can't wait for it to be over, then we can get on with remembering the wonderful man he was and all the good times. I've also got to find something black and vaguely smart to wear. I can't remember the last time I wore anything smart.

Thanks for :GroupHug: for my arm. I was due to go to the doc this morning as I did not think I was working. On the drive to school with kids I had a call asking me to go back to the autistic school. I was very careful and asked in every new class if there were any biters there. I went to the docs and I needed a new tetanus jab, I think they only had combined ones because it also contained anti somthing pox and measels! I have antibiotic cream for my arm. Doc looked at the screen and told me there was no where to record human bites  he thought it was quite funny.

:GroupHug: for everyone who needs them.

Thinking of you and Mandy, Kazz :flowers:

Ann, I hope your arm soon recovers :GroupHug:

Ange, I've been thinking of you lots. You and Rob and your family are still in my thoughts :GroupHug:

I can't believe how many fireworks are going off round here :( My dogs aren't usually too affected but Alfie has gone all odd and is huddled up next to my legs. Pixie keeps sitting up with her ears pinned back but I think she's ok on the whole. Ronnie is being Ronnie - he's sleeping through everything

I don't think its funny for you at all or the child ( who must be in a very confused state to bite you ) ,

I bet he would not think it funny if he was bitten and I would expect a tad more compassion from him really

Have you logged it on the county accident form, just incase it affects your ability to work?

If this was me I would be asking for my safety to be ensured etc

I agree with Laura you need to have this recorded for your safety and wellbeing , other staff and pupils safety and wellbeing and also to ensure the child gets any additional help thats required to help them in a school enviroment

Fireworks here too and Polly is under my bed hiding :(

I struggle to understand how Humph, who you only have to look at in the wrong way and he's off like a bat out of hell can stay out during all the fireworks going off and not bat an eyelid  I guess it must be the result of his previous treatment by bloody humans sadly :(

I have tried Zylkene a few times on various dogs and noticed no difference at all. The standard poodle that I looked after a couple of weeks ago was on it but he was a really ratty bugger and bit me, so I dont think it did much fir him either!!

I am trying to get myself going as i need to be at the hospital very soon. I am going to see the eye specialist. My pressure keeps going through the roof and they want to operate on my left eye but.......................if they do there is a good chance that I will lose the sight in that eye and it will change my life dramatically if I go blind in that eye. I will not be able to drive and that limits me in all sorts of ways. So I dont want to go. They have given me the choice up till now but last time they said that the specialist may insist if the pressure is high again today. :( Wish me luck please! x

Cher, I hope the new meds work for you. :flowers:

:GroupHug: It will be good to spend time remembering the good things instead of dwelling on all the bad news that you have recently. I'm sure that he will want you to remember all the nice times you spent together.

Lazydaisy :GroupHug: I hope your arm isnt too sore.

:GroupHug: for Glen. I hope he isnt affected by what has happened and can enjoy his agility in peace next week.

Think I am going to pay some bills then read for a while. Cant go to bed yet cos of fireworks :( Been a really pants week so far and especially today with such sad news. :(
