  1. To be honest, I get so little time to do anything thats not work/Wiggle etc, plus the forum is so slow on my mobile broadband connection at home, I only popped in while I had a quiet 5 minutes at work.
  2. Just popping in to say hello. No doubt I'll not be around again for a few months
  3. 3 days running My colleague's organise weddings and I would rather stick pins in my eyes than get involved I am happy doing my corporate golf days and conferences, thank you very much. Seems a lot of people get so carried away with all the different things, they focus less on the wedding and marriage RMF: I am hoping the weather picks up soon or we could be a little chilly in our tent
  4. I'm here, 2 days running Another one for the ouchy shoulder club. Have had 2 cortizone injections now, each took a good week/10 days before I felt the benefit. Waiting to be sent the date for an operation to remove the damaged tissue and shave away some of the shoulder joint Snow, try looking at wedding dates out of the main season and/or less popular days - nearly all venues will have a minimum spend on the main season weekends. Friday's do tend to be a lot cheaper I do miss you all but with one thing and another, I've not had much time to get online, apart from blogging and Tweeting
  5. Hello Popping in now and again but all been a bit manic so not had much time Work has slowed a little, which is nice and weekend after next I'm taking Wiggle and Sofy camping in North Devon for a few days Hope everyone is well
  6. Yay for new SquirrellyDogstar gazebo shelter tent After spending hours searching for a new Lab Rescue gazebo, not finding any decent ones under £145 I sent out a few emails in desperation. Amazingly, one company has offered to send me a fabby, new gazebo
  7. Wiggle, Sofy and I will be doing a fundraising stall for Labrador Rescue South East & Central at the Stourhead Show. Looks like there's a lot going on at the show so if anyone's in the area, come along and say hello! Details of the show here: http://www.stourheadshow.co.uk/

Wishing you a very speedy recovery
  9. Aww, you're very welcome We really did have a fab weekend and it was even better to be able to raise so much for Dogstar, especially knowing that every pound raised goes so much further in Sri Lanka to help Sam and the team continue with their fantastic work. Thank you for making us all so welcome Wiggle would also like to thank Holly for hiding so many toys in the garden - he really enjoyed finding them all
  10. We had a fantastic weekend and it was great to catch up with everyone and thank you Mark for putting us up I'm so, so pleased that we raised such a brilliant amount for Dogstar, even if Sofy did think she was helping by telling the world she was there My two are still knackered after their busy weekend of running, swimming, getting filthy dirty in stagnant water and eating the treats Noah didn't want
  11. Will vote & also blog about it too & try and get a few more votes
  12. Morning Busy, busy, busy! work is still manic, did a stall at a charity dog show at the weekend for Labrador Rescue, been up to the hospital most evenings as my mum was admitted last week. She'd had a histerectomy but 3 days after coming home was very jaundiced so went back in on Wednesday last week. She's had to wait for scans, xrays and MRI and even though she's not on any medication etc, had to stay in all weekend Hope everyone in Fugeeland is well
  13. I am so, so sorry Sleep peacefully, beautiful Tess Jules
  14. Hello All busy here still, work and life in general 's for all who need one Today is Wiggle's second gotcha day Can't believe it's 2 years already!

  21. Morning. The dogs and I have been on a 3 mile walk this morning with a friend of mine from work. 7,725 steps according to my pedometer Sunny and windy here so good drying weather for my washing out on the line.
  22. Awww thats lovely We loved Spikey too and like to think Sir H has found him for a little ear washing session, two old friends hanging out together
  23. Four weeks now and counting According to my widget, saved over £180 too. Once I got into my head that I wanted to give up, it actually hasn't been so difficult. I've got the patches but a big part of it for me was changing my habits. So not spending ages sitting with a coffee and the laptop as that was my worst time for smoking
  24. Morning Wet weather here, just right for the bank holiday Had another manic week at work, just like every other week now its the main corporate golf season. One of my clients sent me an enormous bouquet of flowers as a thank you, which was lovely.
