Happy birthday to missed loved pets.

I have booked an appointment with a spinal specialist, he is actually a spinal surgeon but am hoping he will be able to give me some guidance as I have had problems with various parts of my spine from top to bottom since I was 15 and have seen therapists on and off since I was 16. I want to have a full, proper conversation with someone who can give suggestions as to what I can do to

improve it, rather than piece meal when I have problems. I am hoping he doesn't think I am wasting his time on Monday! But I would like to work towards avoiding surgery 😀

Friday has come round quickly, and June is approaching really fast...

Happy birthday Marion :partytime:

Hope your back gets sorted Mary :flowers:

Am on my way into town to watch Take That (again). I went last night and it was totally amazing, so I managed to get another ticket on ticket master, so am going back to see them again. I suspect they won't tour again, so am going to make the most of it. It is whit Friday here today, which is kind of a big deal round here, so there aren't many people waiting for the train out of Mossley. They are all too busy drinking beer and listening to brass bands

I'm off to bed now to read and catch up on TV programmes on my tablet. See you all tomorrow.

Glad you had a good day!

Am just on the train home. My friend was there who is friends with Howard's brother. She said she would get me in to see the band after the show. I waited till right before I had to run and get the last train and she didn't appear. Absolutely gutted :(

Happy birthday for yesterday, Yantan, sounds as if you had a good one!

I went to give the cats their supper last night and shut them in, and ruddy Molly was out again! Thankfully she's mad on Dreamies, so there's me in my pj's, waving a pack of Dreamies around...hope the neighbours weren't looking out of their windows! She came rubbing round me so I picked her up and got her back in. I think I've fixed the only place I could see that she might have got out from. If she does again, I'm tying her legs together.

We went shopping this morning and came home to find Rosie has scratched a load of paint off the back of the front door, and according to our neighbour, barked non stop whilst we were out. She obviously doesn't like being alone in the house. What to do? We only shop on Saturdays...and aren't out for more than a couple of hours, but the neighbour is the sort who will make sure he moans..not that he does anything about HIS dogs barking half the night.

First thing to do is ascertain whether she did actually bark non stop or whether it was intermittent. My dogs bark when I go out for about 20 minutes on and off. I know because I set up a video camera and recorded it. Luckily I get on well with my attached neighbours and they've never complained.
