they havent got a foot surgeon! today was hips and knees. £22 that cost me to get there, a weeks shopping, when they do a phone call or my local hospital I can have carrots, ryveta with soft cheese. supposed to be only 1. have you seen the size of them! tiny! im not pressuring myself. ill stick to it when I can, not bought naughty stuff, but like them, I dont eat a lot but need 4 for my dinner. Tea is meat and veg, allowed spag bol, so them 2 meals or meat and veg in the slow cooker

got food and snacks im allowed. followed the lady with the reduced stuff and took most of it, cereal, tinned stuff, very happy

any idea of snacks i can have, no sugar or carbs? going shopping tomorrow. need something

I fed some raw when I had big dogs, their own freezer, but not worth it with tinies worked out what to eat and keep sugars down for the next 2 weeks. oh joy. still no biscuits

what dog food? felt really bad today, could be the detox of goodies. not even sniffed chocolate and my sugars were high, so had a bit of ice cream. seeing the nurse tomorrow morning so stand up row coming up!

I got myself out to the estates foodbank and the shop, walking with the zimmer. first time in maybe a year. proud of myself. whats your acheivement this week?

wire came out of laptop, plug is behind the heavy sofa, so pulled everything out, got on the floor. kevin thought i needed help so was trying to look after me, the others wanted a cuddle. took an hour of moving stuff, putting it back, pulled my shoulders and hands, then thought this was so easy last time, when I was eating sugar. oh yes. did it in 2 minutes. sugar sharpens the brain, im lacking lol

had the accident 1 jan 23, saw him private for scan and xray. £500, then he forgot to ring me, chased that up, all he has to do is consent to doing the op NHS. left a message with his secretary asking if he can just do that

remember I saw the wrong surgeon on my birthday, he was getting me an appointment with the right surgeon asap, as ive been waiting 18 months. just got the date through. march!
