Wishy washy blue sky here but a great big sunshire. :)

Just off to town to collect my PDA which I thought was dead, but isn't at all, and has cost me minor squids to have fixed. I feel right armless without it. :D

After that it'll be a bit of a mooch around town to blow the cobwebs away before returning to the day job - which is causing me serious serious shoulder pains. :( It was sooooooooooooooooo much better at Christmas when I wasn't at work!

Alex, glad your car was nothing serious :-)

Jazz, good news about Freddie check up x

Hugapup, how on earth do you manage all those people! :-0

Jane, lucky you going to New York. Somewhere i would love to go. Be nice spending time with your mum x

Julia, thanks but not much anyone can do. MIL was diagnosed with terminal cancer on Christmas day, well Christmas Eve, but we were told next day. She only has weeks left :-(. Trying to juggle visiting, year end at work, sick kids and dogs and house is VERY tiring! Just waiting for news from social workers about possibility of mum going back home from the hospice then its all hands on deck to get her house spick and span! :-)

Mrs B what have you done to your shoulder? Hugs on the way. Pain in daily life is not good!

Don’t really know – but I’ve been living with it for a year now – I hadn’t realised it was so long until I looked at my training diary and found I had referred to it there. Physio says it’s been building up for a long time – so I could have done something ages ago which is now coming back to haunt me. The truly big problem is that I’m not too bad generally – but, literally, the minute I sit down at my desk at work I’m in pain – and it just builds up day by day during the week until by some Fridays I don’t really know what to do with myself. Then at the weekend it slowly improves again. Been risk assessed by the nurse at my desk, but that’s produced nothing – I am doing everything perfectly. Haven’t found a pain killer to deal with it yet either. Christmas was a relief because I had a whole week when the pain slowly started to subside – now we’re off again, and it’s really getting to me.
