Congratulations Alex

My laptop is peeing me off right now as it is very busy doing something, which is slowing everything else up massively, and I cannot figure out what it is

Also, I have a quandry. I have just sworn to get back onto a healthier diet so I can feel better and lose a bit of excess weight. But, my mum has just given me loads of chocolate for my birthday  I have so far today rexisted, and also resisted coffee which I am supposed to be avoiding, but doing the two together is too hard!

I am wondering whether in promising myself a bit of chocolate as a reward for going down and doing useful things in the kitchen would be out of order

well done Merledogs

This is very random, but I seem to have lost my sense of taste. Hopefully it might cut down my inclination to eat.

have you had a cold/bout of hayfever recently??? i think that can sometimes make you lose your taste because of congestion? if it stops you wanting to eat let me know...... i will want to lose my taste too

Fantastic! Well done. Assume that a credit is even better than just a pass?

A pass is 50, a credit is 60, a distinction is 75 (I've only got one of those so far) :flowers:

Yes, go and do stuff and then shovel the chocolate down your gob without feeling guilty, simples

Not long back from Ben's old owners.....I didn't tell them about Ben's liver blush02.gif Judy's been having a tough time with one of her horses, and I just didn't see the point in worrying her over what might turn out to be a blip.........it was nothing to do with me being a chicken, honest rolleyes.gif.

Not a good week for people leaving this world, my son just phoned to tell me his father in law died this afternoon, just after three o clock. He was 74, and was diagnosed with cancer of the gullet just after Christmas. To make things worse, it's my son's birthday today..his wife will always have sad memories of the day :mecry:

I haven't read back, but I gather you passed, Alex..congratulation!

Job hunting is so hard nowadays Group_Hug_Emoticon.gif I wish you every bit of good luck I can muster and really hope you get something soon. I fear I have nearly given up all hope of ever getting another job let alone ever rebuilding a career and feel very washed up indeed.
