Hello all

:GroupHug: Too much sad floating around the Refuge at the moment :GroupHug:

Tomorrow is D-Day - I am sick and tired of being jobless, no-one seems to want to employ a 'disabled' person who only knows how to do kennel stuff and marquee stuff but can't physically do that anymore. I can't get a voluntary role in any of the rescue centres near me. I can't even get a work experience placement with the local dog warden  They are interested but take one look at the stick and run a mile. :( So sod the lot of 'em - I have done some research, spent all week thinking, typing, thinking and typing some more, then more research, and have an A4 folder full of blurb, business plans, charts, profits and loss forecasts, start-up costs and other important-looking stuff to present to my bloke at the Jobcentre tomorrow in the hope I can get some sort of funding to start my own business, and that I can do it part-time and get tax credits or something as I won't be earning proper money until it all kicks off, and even then it won't be a lot. *breathes* But if I can do it I will be able to hold my head up high and tell all the people who thought I would never be able to work again to stick it up their bums

Hope they can get to the bottom of it flowers.gif

I got a bottle of Tru Blood ( O positive) in the post ! laugh.gif, I laughed and laughed when I eventually got it open, it took me the whole of Reporting Scotland, to get into it, it had masses of tape round it, thank you Kelly bighug.gif, she's completely barmy you know upsidedown.gif

now the question is, dare I drink it !?

Ben's stopped eating again "sigh" I don't think there's anything wrong with him, he's still well within the six months range of the castration implant, he turned his nose up at a fresh lamb's neck today, although he did eat a lamb's heart and a duck neck yesterday, he's not eating the same amount as he usually does, I even had to cajole him to take his ice cream that he get's his Previcox in this morning, and he loves ice cream, why does this dog have the capacity to make me worry so much wacko.gif

Been to the vets for vaccinations for all four of my lot. That was interesting rolleyes.gif Ben the vet went off to get the vaccines and took Taffy with him - Taffy followed without even a backward glance at me rolleyes.gif I asked the vet about the possibility of Taffy having arthritis but he said his joints all feel fairly supple and it may be a deep tissue thing rather than joints, or else he may just be feeling his age.

RMF : My director is being an arse again, I really don't want to work for him any more. He had me in tears in the office today, but then I am hormonal.
