Fee Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 I found two mammary lumps on Sunday, they were tested yesterday and the vet confirmed today they are cancerous. We won't know what sort of cancer until she has her surgery on Monday and they can be biopsied. She had two aggressive mammary lumps removed just before I adopted her, and the vet's prognosis for her at the time was 'guarded' so as you can imagine I am worried sick at the moment Of all the dogs I've ever had Sophie is the one who melts my heart every time I look at her, and has done since I first saw her rehoming picture, she is so absolutely precious to me. As Ellie has had 5 lumps taken off this year, 4 mass cell tumours, I understand what you are going through.
