joyrl
Dear Oldies Club I haven't posted much, busy with work and what time there was left belonged 40% to hubby and 60% to Molly (her original Oldies page is at Molly moo). Some of you may remember me when I was more active on DogPages and when I was working at The Mayhew ... it all seems so long ago. I adopted Molly in Sept05. She wasn't an easy dog to take care of, but it made her extra special and she was very much loved by me and my husband. Molly went peacefully to the Bridge on 23rd September, exactly three weeks ago. Her health declined rapidly in the end and she let me know when she was ready to stop fighting. The vet who came to put her to sleep (she was at home until the end) was so touched by Molly's story, she promised to spread word about Oldies Club to her clients, many of whom are elderly people looking for middle-aged 4-legged companions. I just want to say Thank You to the Oldies Club for doing the amazing work you do. When we're ready, this is where we will come for our next adoption. Thank you.
