Could you manage to get into the surgery and refuse to leave until they give you an appointment? Griff I know that despondent feeling when things aren't what you thought re a land dispute but don't let it get you right down because its not worth it. I am caught between distressed owners of raccoon dogs (actually a pair escaped but female has not been seen), anxious birdwatchers who think they will breed like rabbits and eat all the birds on the reserve (they won't) and concerned/angry local residents.
