all fine here. was noisy, but no obvious damage any where.

No snow here but the pavements are like an ice rink so we haven't been out yet sun has come out so hopefully it will melt the ice. Dogs aren't bothered though. got plenty of food in so we'll be fine if we don't get out

we've had lots of sunshine but it's freezing cold . just want to hibernate for a few months. how did I become such a wimp?

Thank you for all the sleep tips - reading worked the first night , but note to self - don't start the new Rebus novel and expect to nod off quickly lol I got absorbed in it and couldn't put it down, so boring books from now on and I'll maybe try a herbal remedy too. Glad the vet didn't charge you for the check up Jazz. Hope every one has a good day

Not sleeping too well and I don't know why. anyone got any tips or remedies to help? I can barely function at the moment because of it.

Merry Christmas to all. We lost Cooper yesterday to his cancer so just a quiet one for us.

Good news Jazz, at least Things are starting to happen.

Heating is now working 😃 turned out to be an electrical fault so the plumber couldn't fix it but an electrician came out yesterday and we're all sorted now. actually got to wash in warm water this morning so I'm happy now. It's the simple things lol

Snowy here and bitterly cold so of course our boiler chooses today to pack up . Luckily we have a gas fire so can keep the living room warm and a portable heater for the bedroom. an emergency plumber is hopefully coming soon. we'll see if he turns up. It's only two years old so still under warranty but that's no com fort on a cold Sunday morning lol.

No snow here, but cold and frosty. meant to be sunny this afternoon but wont get above freezing . Had a lovely walk with with the dogs earlier. Richard's away for his work so had to walk all 3 , separately as I can't manage them together anymore. They love frosty mornings - everything smells so different. off to have a coffee to warm me up. My step daughter lives there and loves it-she's a Londoner

Well November has stared with torrential rain and the dogs have refused to put their paws over the doorstep so no walks done yet. Hopefully it clears up soon, though they are all crashed out on the sofa, not bothered. Hope it's better where you are. nothing much planned for the month ahead, but hoping to build up my muscles so I can walk better and get some dexterity back in my arms.Hope you are all well.

Sunny here too,but chilly. Got quite a lot done in the garden yesterday and hopefully get more done today. Housework can wait till tomorrow. 😃
