murtle
Bl00dy hell Owl, that is awful. I hope new surgeon can sort it out. It's awful how draining having poorly shoulders is I haven't read back, sorry. Been a busy bunny today and am off to be cook, cleaner and chief bottle washer for sister for a few hours tomorrow so that she sleep. She is exhausted as she is on such regular feeding, apparently I might get to feed him so she can have a longer nap However, before I do that I need new tyres before I drive to hers, complete a weekly shop for her and pick my Mum up. Early start for me in the morning! I hope everyone is keeping well and enjoying the balmy weather we are having at the moment

owl
Not nice, phoebejo, hope you can catch up a bit during the day. This morning at 9 I was just about to leave for mum's house to accompany her to hospital in Sheffield to have a small lesion removed from her face. The hospital had arranged for a car to pick us both up at her house at 10. Suddenly the bell on the gate rang, and there was an ambulance car waiting for me. I was astonished and asked if he had come to collect me en route to mum's, but he said no, he had come to take me to hospital and could not go to Worksop. I said there was no point in taking me and not the patient, but all he knew was that he was meant to collect from my house. As he had other people in the car booked in for day surgery, I said he had better get them to hospital while I called to find out what had gone wrong. He said, "Well, are you coming with me in the car or not?" Er, no thanks. Surgeon needs mum's face to work on, not mine Hospital were ok about it and sorted it out. Their computer system couldn't handle the fact that she lives in Worksop but all post and phone calls go to me. It had corrected the address to mine and rescheduled the pickup for 9. They now think they have it cracked so we should be ok for new appt same time next week.

merledogs
is it the real him? Yes it is apparently. I think boys are harder Alicia RMF : Went to Morrisons on the way home. May have bought a few (ie seven) more plants, but in my defence they are ickle climbers at £1.79 each which I was going to invest in bigger ones, so have actually saved myself a lot of money (that's what I'm telling myself anyway). One of the plants was a scented Jasmine indoor plant which was only £1.25.

Jacobean
Evening Hope you're feeling better and haven't thrown up Marion Erm have you used your kindle since your hols? Another thought have you used it in bed and it's fallen down the side, back of or under the bed? Looks like you're getting some good bargains Alex. When you order off tinternet do they just leave them outside your door or do you have to be there to receive them? Hope your friend receives appropriate treatment very soon Owl. Yes male dogs can be harder to train but can also depend on the breed. I used to pop Bracken out every now and then but I used to get a warning with him as he would get a bit exciteable and whizz behind a chair. So as soon as I saw him heading that way he would be whipped out into the garden. Bit of a cheat with him though as Viz are really clean and learn this one very quickly. Don't bother with puppy pads or pee posts cos they're a waste of time. Sounds like you've had a good day Murtle Hope mum & baby are doing well. Feel absolutely cream crackered tonight. Can see me falling asleep in a bit. Thanks to good old IBS I've lost half a stone. I needed to lose it but didn't intend to do it that way.
