Jan has improved a great deal today :) She is still hospitalised and the vet is going to stop administering intravenous antibiotics and switch to tablets. If she responds well and is stabilised she may be able to come home tomorrow at 7pm.

Will wait and see what tomorrow brings and let you all know :)

We are all missing her so much but know she is in good hands but hopefully she will come home soon :)

We have Jan home :partytime:

Got back with her about half an hour ago. She has had a light meal which she enjoyed very much :)

She is very bright and has to continue with antibiotics for a few days yet but we are hoping that she is on the mend as she is certainly much better than when we got her home the first time :)

One step forward but two steps back though as we had to take Bosun in to the vet tonight as he is sounding very chesty :( We are hoping that it isn't Kennel Cough. vet isn't certain at the moment but says it could be a build up of fluid in his lungs which he is susceptible to :( That is potentially serious for him but not as threatening as Kennel Cough.

We have to increase his diuretics for a couple of days and hope for the best.

We even had to travel in two vehicles as we couldn't let Jan and Bosun make contact
