gooster Posted November 28, 2012 Report Share Posted November 28, 2012 So sorry CRB Done another workout with Mr Gorgeous this morning - it was really hard but I coped ok with it (at least I can still walk at the moment!). Again he stopped behind and asked how I found the class, when I told him my excitement about being able to touch my toes for the first time ever, he gave me some more exercises to help my Achilles tendons even more. Next week I can't do tone and shape on a Wednesday as I am working 9-5, so I asked what his core workout class was like - he said I should be fine with that class, but it does just work on the abs, so I should do 15 mins on the cross trainer to get my legs working too. These ones: Mia cat is already curled up in hers and the other one is upstairs and I'm hoping that Lily uses it as a little hidey hole Kinky didn't like it at all. Jazz, hope you get your phoneline sorted soon Yantan, i hope ruby's results are o.k Murtle..... glad you will soon be finishing your job if you aren't happy and i hope you get another job soon Merledogs... those beds look lovely, i bought a covered bed for dex and he squished it down and slept on top of it!!! Gooster..... glad you can touch your toes!!! well i saw my consultant..... that man is mad as a box of frogs!!!!! really lovely but bonkers! he has changed my treatment and put my steroids back up and he asked me to join a gym..... i told him to bog off so he has referred me to a physio due to my ehlers danlos i need to be extremely careful with my joints so he has promised me they will take good care of me, i have to call him if i am at all worried or if i have any ill effects and i will be seen in about 6 weeks, did have a giggle as he has grown a moustache... i assume for movember and he looks like a porn star!!! the gp is not happy with my ear so i am being referred back again to the ent chap so between physio, chest consultant, joint consultant, and ent i am going to be dead busy. gooster Posted November 28, 2012 Report Share Posted November 28, 2012 blimey griff - you are going to be busy Just got home to find my oven is broken - it has been playing up for a while and keeps switching auto cook on Thankfully it needs to have it set to a temperature so it hasn't been coming on at all hours. However it keeps switching off as a safety precaution, but a quick flick of the plug socket usually sorts it out. Tonight that isn't working am flippin starving as well! Cozzie the ozzie will need surgery for whatever accident he had when out on the run. His dad called me today to say the vet is hoping he will be up to adequate weight next week. It does seem likely that a car clipped him on the hip. It is a good thing none of you can see what I am wearing at the moment. You would send the fashion police to arrest me for criminal lack of taste. The only onesie in size 18-20 was zebra print. At least I match the dog for colour, pity they didn't have one in spots rather than stripes. She gave me a strange look but didn't seem worried. Probably a good thing they didn't have leopard print in my size, I could have been chased up a tree. I said a few weeks back i thought Hoppy wasnt right but then he improved and was back to normal. This morning when i got to stables he wasnt there and that never happens so i knew something was wrong. Quickly fed and rugged horses then started looking for him in the dark. He then came in barn pulling himself along by his front legs and was in terrible pain. He only had 3 legs and today his back end had gone and was massively swollen. True to form he dragged himself to his food bowl and demanded breakfast! I chucked horses in fields then phoned vets and rushed up there but nothing could be done except let him go. He went curled up on my lap purring like mad. Hope Rubys results are good. Gooster, even the incentive of mr gorgeous wouldnt have me that keen to go to a gymn, lol Griff, at least if you're busy you cant get into trouble lol My emoctions/smileys wont work!!
