olivea
took Tess (15 year old border collie) for a removal of a mammary tumour and found out she has a tumour on her spleen and the vet didnt think it was worth risking an operation. So, she came home. She has no symptoms and does not appear ill in any way. Still enjoys her foods, runs to the door when I pick up her lead, and picks up her toys on her way back in from our walks - so, doesnt seem much wrong with her at the moment. Am just hoping she continues like this for some time. As I sit hear typing this she has just picked up a toy and squeaked at me!! Any advice welcome. Fee
I'm sorry Olive, what a worry for you. I can't offer any experience or advice, I'm afraid, but Tess obviously has no idea there's anything wrong and is still enjoying life. I hope that continues for a good long time

buddyboy
Well done to you and your vet for saving her from the operation when there were doubts about the outcome. She is obviously in no pain, happy and still VERY active and playful so enjoy yourselves.
