owl Posted November 26, 2007 Report Share Posted November 26, 2007 He had a great day yesterday, seemed a bit low late in the evening, and this morning he is not really wth us and cannot stand up. He had a drink with my assistance, I had to lift his head for him, and he is now sleeping peacefully. He doesn't seem to be in any discomfort. Vet is calling later as I think nothing would be served by taking him to surgery and he is so warm and cosy on my bed. He has been unwell and losing weight for some time, tests are inconclusive, I though we might have a few more months with him but it appears he is checking out now. Please wish him a safe journey. He has been my right hand man and frequent thorn in the side for eleven years and I adore the old git.
