merledogs
Garfy the little sh*t has killed two starlings I found them mostly eaten, one in the hall and one on the landing. There are no starlings hanging about the flat roof, so I think it's the two which were nesting in the eaves Edited May 4, 2011 by merledogs
Jacobean
Sam have a safe trip. Awful when that happens Alex. We lost a whole nest of chicks to a cat a couple of years ago.
sanrossscot
Just had a panicky few minutes. Had my three round in the back field. Another girl who has two collies was there as well, normally they got on fine but for some reason Glen and her boy were fighting!! Glen appeared to be 'on top' so to speak got them separated but her lad took off running!!!!! Took my lot back got the car and went to see if I could see him, picked owner up shoved her other dog in the car and set off. Spotted a police car and asked if they had seen anything, he said not but he would keep his eyes open-her son was looking as well. Thankfully her son had spoken to police as well and police had a report in of a dog hiding under a caravan, it was Jazz and his is fine scared but no damage done. I felt awful, it's not something Glen has ever done before

safneo
Sam, have a fabulous time! Hope you don't miss the family too much. Oh and don't forget camera and charger. Alicia, did you find your letter? Good luck for you scan tomorrow. Sandra, it maybe that the other dog started the fight, it just happened that Glen came off better. If he is well socialised and used to lots of other dogs, which I get the impression he is, try not to get to hung up on it or he will pick up on your tension. Might be worth a vet trip in case he is carrying an injury?

I think it was prob a bit of both, i think they was mainly 'handbags' as there was no damage with either dog - I mainly felt awful 'cos Jazz took off

Mrs B
Snow, I am very concerned about you taking on all these additional responsibilities at work. Especially as it appears to be costing you more in dog treat currency. Mind you, if you train Daisy now, she could be very helpful in the futures ........... my Daisy is particularly helpful at paper shredding time! I was very pleased to be doing my voting stuff at 7.01 am today. Even if the polling staff were scrambling around and forgot to ask me the questions they were suppose to - I gently poked them! I would now like to go back to bed - but I was awake in the night remembering the things I had forgotten to do at work, so guess I'd better crack on with the flying e-mails.
