:elefant: I appear to be losing a pound a day at the moment. I know that I shouldn't weigh myself every day but I can't resist it ! :rolleyes: I also know that this is just the initial weight loss and it will slow down and stop but I am just so pleased to have actually made a start. I have been promising myself for months that I would go on a diet but kep finding excuses not to, and if I post on here it means that I have to keep it up. Thanks for reading. :flowers: x

I am currently preparing myself for getting the go ahead from the Doc on Thurs to do CD

 

A typical days food is currently:-

 

Breakfast - Sachet of oat so simple made with skimmed milk - 159Cal

Lunch - Bottle of slimfast shake - 212Cal

Dinner - Small healthy meal in the region of 300 to 400Cal

I have got the all clear from my GP to do CD :) he has reduced my meds and my BP is the lowest its been for about 3yrs :ohmy:

 

And.........

 

He put me the scales and.........

 

 

 

 

I've lost a stone and 2lbs since before christmas!!! :biggrin:

Well done Nic - off to a flying start then :flowers:

 

I'm back on the CD sole source from today. And on the loo non stop as I'm drinking vast amounts of water :rolleyes: :laugh:
