Mrs Mop
I am so pleased that the news about Max is good, there are 2 Opthalmologist in the vets I go to but they are based at Mirfield, Dewsbury. Both are very good vets.

Laurel n Hardy
He has recommended Sue Manning at Rutland House in St Helens - does anyone know of her? Yes, my vet referred me to her about 18 months ago for an eye problem that Cliffy had (allergic reacion to his own tears). She is one of the top specialists in the country and usually is fully booked. She was very thorough, they kept my boy in for a few hours of tests and he was as good as gold. I found her very brusque, efficient and straight to the point (just the way I like it actually) She wasnt overly concerned with how I felt about her approach, as everything she does is purely for the health of the animal (bit like us lot here really ) Its easy to find but parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes as its the road outside, and the waiting room aint to big either.
