You never had to enforce it, I never so much as saw you curl your lip, but you were treated with total respect always. On your 14th birthday, doing your usual trick of dragging all the dog beds into a big heap and climbing on top Queen of all you surveyed And just being beautiful You were beautiful always, and a little bit of all our hearts died with you I think the memory I really want to keep is the one I wrote about in my blog, walking with you and Musky in the fields in the sunshine.
