JoT
Is there a particular oldie that you wish you could adopt but for whatever reason can't? Mine used to be Tricks & Max at Poplar Farm. We already had 3 dogs and couldn't go up to 5, so after Max died and left Tricks behind, meaning that we'd only be increasing the pack by 1, we decided to offer Tricks a home. He accepted. So the current oldie that I'd like to own but can't is Elsa. I can't resist the photo of her rolling joyfully on her back, and that slightly barmy expression on her face. Just can't believe she hasn't been snapped up yet. Is there an oldie that you would love to adopt but can't? Edited July 12, 2007 by JoT
Fee
Elsa is lovely isn't she? She reminds me a bit of 'Happy Casper', your ex foster, Jo. For me I think it would be Pippa. She's been waiting ages, and I just don't understand why - she's got the lovliest little grey face and sounds so sweet natured.

Yes, Elsa does look a bit like Casper, but she looks more like Bob - now under the white rose in our garden in the row of "dog-roses".

cassiespookymum
Elsa is just gorgeous. I've been looking after her for the last three weeks because Karen her first fosterer had gone on holiday, and now I'm going on holiday, she's moving again She is a lovely old girl, absolutely no problem at all, she gets on well with my other two dogs and my two (almost grown) kids love her to bits - so do I! I must admit that if I could take her on holiday with me I would, but there's a maximum of two dogs allowed. I just hope she gets her forever home soon, as she deserves it and I'll cry buckets when she goes.
Clint
One dog that I would love to have is Buster he reminds me so much of Bobby my first dog. I love Pippa too though, she is such a sweetie. but the one I have really fallen for is Amedeo. He is 15 years old half blind and deaf. He was found as a stray in Sept 2006. The only problem is that Amedeo is in Italy. .
