owl
I was amazed to find how much Rupert has improved, both physically and mentally. He now looks like a smooth coated collie and no longer like a canine skin'ead. He is more mobile and has built up some muscle on his legs. He is a LOT more relaxed and much better about having slip lead put on and taken off. It was bucketing down here yesterday, was too concerned with keeping him and me reasonably dry to take any pics, but will be seeing him in a couple of days and will take some then. Foster mum thinks he is luffly Edited June 12, 2007 by owl
Muriel
Glad all's going well so far. Have you heard of Canine Touch? Sounds very good and may be helpful for those sore bits. http://www.theequinetouchuk.com/canine_touch.htm Failing that, acupuncture/Bowen/Craniosacral/TTouch/ etc...... owl
Foster mum just called - can she keep him please?? Rupert has been angelic. He is completely smitten with her and also her mum, and lets them stroke and massage even the sensitive bits around the old injury. He is happy for her to put him on lead etc He spends his time pottering round the yard, is fine with everything and the place is well fenced. Not stupid, that boyo. I swear he had it sussed from the minute he arrived. Welcome home, old-timer
