  3. Take a look at this Healthspan . I use their products but take the veggie form of glucosamine. I did try the strawberry flavoured one but even though I have a sweet tooth it was much too sweet for me. This is the one I take now Joint Physio. I find it much more pleasant. It is a powder that you add to water and it is like lemon squash Also MSM works well with glucosamine

    Poor Jem

Poor boy, so tragic that he should be taken like that when it looked like he had a reason to live and a future Sleep tight Jem, there was so much hope for you
  11. Great pics Your OH looks a bit like Simon Cowell in that pic. Hope he doesn't mind me saying that
  12. You have had a terrible shock and the pain and hurt will be with you for a good while but you will learn to live with it, you have to and I hope in the future you will be posting and telling us how good life is and that you are back on track and getting on with your life. Keep your good friends close and they will help you. However, if you get back together again that would be great as I am sure that is what you really want and I hope you can both sort it all out.
  13. Same here The pharmaceutical company must be laughing all the way to the bank (as usual). Isn't is convenient that they are now able to shift that stockpile of Tamiflu that was sat doing nothing for so long? I don't trust the Government or the drugs giants or anyone in fact out to make big bucks for themselves. If you think about it, if the drugs companies are there to heal and cure everyone where would they make money? They wouldn't be needed would they? They are so rich and powerful so what does that tell us?
  14. Same here, it all comes at once Hope they all settle down soon
  15. We have had one of these magnetic mattresses now for about 8 years and it has proved invaluable http://www.magno-pulse.com/index.php?cPath=23 We first bought it for our old Rough Collie who had arthritis and it did help him for years. He was 17 when he died. We then used it for Molly Basset who had a neurological disorder very similar to CDRM and it helped her and now our Jan Beagle is benefiting from it. She doesn't have any joint problems but she finds it extremely relaxing Of the several beds she has the option to use she always goes for the magnetic one, in fact our other dogs are always queuing up to get on it so there must be something very therapeutic about it. The only thing is that you cannot wash them so if your dog may become incontinent then use a waterproof cover over it which we did for our Collie and then we put another fluffy cover over that.
