  3. Thank you for your support I believe both melp and myself have posted only in order to clarify points on which we have information or experience and we have done so as ourselves and not in the name of our respectful organisations. We have consistently refused to comment directly on a case in which we have played no part or on the professionals who were involved and who gave evidence on their opinions. opinions however distasteful to some are theirs to have. I hope we have achieved our aim to be impartial and to not force our own opinions on anyone else and allow them to make up their own minds as that was our only intention. We cannot and will not interfere in a case which has legal representation unless we are directly asked to do so by the legal teams involved. Threats do not bother me nor do untrue allegations, however what does bother me is how all of this can possibly help anyone.

  5. we have a copy of the judgement there is no legal loophole the order was made based on the evidence of both prosecution and defence and the judge decided as is his right on the evidence that he was not satisfied that there was no risk to public safety based on what the defence themselves said as well as the prosecution. It was up to the defence to satisfy the judge due to the burden of proof being reversed and he found that in the main their evidence supported the opinions of the prosecution rather than dispelled them. The law doesnt give any leeway if the judge is not satisfied and states that if this is the case they must pts. Terribly sad situation but not one i see changing due to any legal loophole.

  7. police sent a pcso who was a dog owner and not happy he located the owner who was waiting for an appointment in the building adjoining the car park and by all accounts read him the riot act making him immediately take the dog home missing his appointment (shame )the dog is ok but was panting heavily and it was very hot in the car.
  8. hubby has just rung to get me to phon the police about a dog shut in a car panting heavily which has been there twenty mins ive just told them they have five mins or hes putting the window through
  9. looking fab now merley one you spurred me on ive been putting off sanding and oiling my top decking for a couple of years now on account that its right outside the back door and is a nightmare to do because i have to do it in stages and barricade bits off from the dogs while it dries. yesterday i bit the bullet and did it (under close supervision from pickle) before to the left and after to the right (with a pickle in the middle ) and finished (along with my back) needs another coat or two but the sanding was the hard bit
  10. have just spoken to the lovely shaun Ttyzers results hadnt been faxed through when surgery closed but he waent back in on an emergency and theyd arrived and barring an enlarged prostate we were already aware of and the fact that hes blind as a batand a bit senile which were also obvious Ttyzer has one of the healthiest blood results hes seen in a dog over ten so obviously hes just attention seeking lol Thank you for your good thoughts from a rag eared ancient old boy and his very relieved mum
