BeadyP
I love the snow, its deep, and fluffy, and I need wellies to walk through it, as its shin high. However, I just heard on the local news, they expect icy conditions to start tonight and to last for a couple of weeks. I dont like ice.
sanrossscot
No snow here yet I keep looking out the window in hope. It was snowing on the M27 so hopefully it's heading my way.

BillyMalc
Ploughed through the snow for nearly an hour this morning to get to work, only to find that at least half the team hadn't made it / wasn't going to make it. Was not best pleased that one team leader had told 2 colleagues not to come in at all, that other departments had been texted to stay at home and that managers, who were "working" from home (how convenient!) happily decided that we should stay open. I'm fed up with being the company dustbin Eventually it was decided that the company was going to close at 2 so at least we got home at a reasonable time. Will wait and see what it's like tomorrow, the only way I'll be able to get in will be on foot and it's an hour's walk. Not particularly looking forward to that, even less so if it turns out that even more people aren't going to bother coming in ...
Spins4me
Snowing like...well, like somewhere v snowy. Came out of yoga and it had just started so stopped at the Co-op and bought the last loaf of bread and some chocolate. All set up for now. Luckily we don't have to go anywhere tomorrow. Hope everyone who has to travel in this stays safe.
Tisaann
I did my weekly shop tonight 3 day's early. I was walking calmly down the aisles filling my trolley when all I wanted to do was wave my hands in the air in total panic screaming 'the snow is coming, the snow is coming' I don't like the snow

merledogs
Delighted to report that the snow hasn't frozen and is still fluffy Am just listening to the local radio waiting for travel advice - all the schools in the area are closed again today so am hoping the advice will be to stay at home.
