Unfortunately for that puppy, he was born in a place where the only thing that the people liked about puppies was how much money they could make them. The special puppy watched as all of his brothers and sisters were bought and taken off with their new families to their new homes, all the while he was getting older and bigger. Eventually, the people decided that he was too old to stay with his mum and so he was taken off to live in a crate by himself in a big barn. At that point, Lady Luck decided that the puppy deserved a break and so when the people at the place decided that he was too old and big to sell as a cute little puppy any more, another Lady L and her friends stepped in and whisked the puppy off to a very special place - the Planet of Trallwm Farm.There the puppy met all sorts of giant beasties that made all sorts of noises, but he was a very brave puppy and was not afraid at all! After his holiday at the Planet of Trallwm Farm, the special puppy was whisked off to another very special place - the World of Lizzies Barn. There a lovely lady called Fionna cared for his every need and quickly fell in love with the brave little puppy who wagged at everybody and everything. What the special puppy didn't know was that his destined family already knew of his existence, had already fallen head over heels in love with him and were just patiently waiting for the time to be right for him to join them. Eventually, on a warm day in August, a very special friend of his family - we shall call her Auntie Loobie - drove all the way to the World of Lizzies Barn, collected the special puppy and drove him all the way to his new family. She kept stopping on the way to make very excited phone calls about how handsome, cute, lovely, waggy the puppy was. And so the puppy was brought the door of the house and........ahhhhhhhh.........he was home at last. He very quickly discovered that he had lots of new names other than "puppy": "B*gger" "Sweetheart" "Sleepyhead" and, the one used most often, just Bran. dirtychicken Posted May 14, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 14, 2009 Bran had many adventures with his new family and proved just how very special he was over and over again, by taking on many roles: Brother Nurse Foster Brother Role Model Friend Of course, having adventures and being loved so very much meant that tiny little Bran just grew and grew and grew until one day his family realised that gone was the tiny, snuggly little puppy boy who had arrived so long ago.
