rufus the wonderdog
HR are being vile still about this investigation into the girl who tried to harrass me.Anyone would think given their continued vile attitude that it was me who'd actually done something wrong not her.I am being told I have to attend the next meeting whether I have a union rep or not. It's on wednesday and I can't find anyone to go with me.I can't cancel again according to vile HR person. So I feel they are denying me the right to have a union rep there but do you know I just can't be arsed with the hassle of yet another stressful argument with them.Am half inclined to think bollox to the lot and just let them get on with whatever they want to do and then they'll just leave me alone. Sorry rant over. I was savaged by the same parents today again, I think its because I won't back down, offer to escort pupil, this means she can't interact, offer to let her write down what has happened, this makes her too stressed, offer to remove her from difficult situations, this means we are denying her an education we can't win, now refusing to meet him alone, bringing in the LEA Thank crunchie it's Friday, had a pig of a week and I've been very disturbed by things I have found out about someone I'm visiting. I wish the so called "experts" wouldn't lie to us. We who visit are also vulnerable and I can't even bring myself to tell Keith about it yet. for Jules, Laura and Marge. None of you should have to deal with these types of things but it seems like it is expected these days. Jules, hope you can get things sorted so that you can have union representation for your meeting. Laura, you are doing all that you can for this child, you can do no more. Marge, hope you can find someone to talk to about your concerns. RMF: I am home. Horrid drive, compacted snow which is turning to ice and idiot drivers who insist on getting as close to my car boot as they can Glad you're home and in one piece Wendy Perhaps those other : drivers were so impressed with your driving in this weather, they wanted to stay close to you for safety

lil_angel
Well the interviews over ran so no results until Monday now. Grooming tomorrow has been cancelled as puppy is pregnant . Shes only a baby and its her first season but I knew it was going to happen when she had an entire male running around the house and did warn her. Shes going to get it sorted at the vets asap as puppys too small to have puppies when she is just one herself. Wendbert
I've just taken the boys out and the pavements/roads are freezing already. My toes are so cold they actually hurt Don't have to be in work until 9am tomorrow or later depending on the weather. As there's still been no roads gritted and of course less traffic on a weekend morning, I'm not expecting a great journey
safneo
Penny. Jules, Laura and Marge. I dont know how you do the jobs you do. Amy, sorry to hear you didnt get a response about the interview today. I'm sure you will be fine. Victoria, are you sure that Mollydog wasnt having a boogie last night? for little Danny and his cold sore and mummy Julia for the virus. I hope you have had your feet up and are resting. to Sparkle. What you been upto? Wendy, I went to pick Lauren up from her friends about an hour ago and the roads and pavement are literally like sheets of ice. Think we have to go to MIL tomorrow anyway as her TV is broken. but think we better go and get her some shopping in as she isnt to good on her feet on normal days. I am really looking forward to my lie in tomorrow and being able to take the dogs to play in the snow in daylight.

Mrs B
We're due to get our car tomorrow, but it's in Newark. Fingers crossed we will be able to get there and back, i have not liked driving this week. Didn't think to check where you're driving from, but the Newark bit is fine. We're not that far from there ourselves - but in any case I've checked with the SIL who does live there for you.
chickentikka
Jules, Laura and Marge - it's a downright shame when those in the 'caring professions' feel bullied or vulnerable I have been writing a horrid and difficult report this afternoon, so I set up a playlist of U2, The Killers, Oasis, Coldplay and a smattering of Take That, then just got on with it - I had better read it again tomorrow as it will probably be full of pretentious angst, a bit rude, with lustful undertones, some camp dancey bits and bursts of sheer brilliance when you least expect it

And I agree. Its sad when those that work for the 'agencies' that are supposed to be supporting others can't even get the support they need themselves. I passed the racecourse today, Mrs CT. Impressive array of huge snowballs you've got out there Same sentiments to Jules, Laura and Margaret, it's got to be hard enough doing the job, without suffering crap, too
JulesB
@ Marian Chickentikka For Jules and Laura and Houndz. Those are tough jobs you do RMF: I have some dilemmas to think about. I think I will just go to bed with a cup of tea instead of thinking about them. Night all, sweet dreams

There were even some ernest environmental types building a proper igloo, and being very serious about it - Dex pizzed on their igloo, they were not happy

Hope so, there's something called the "mismate" jab but I'm not sure how quickly it needs to be given - really hope they deal with this quickly, how upsetting.
