houndzrus Posted December 16, 2008 Report Share Posted December 16, 2008 I've just thought of something else - they will be conducting the tests in house, so I assume I will have the results of the tests fairly quickly. If there is nothing they can do for Max, do I really want to hear that just before Christmas? I would hope they could do it in house, or at least get the results asap. I would think they would be sensitive to the fact that leaving people (and dogs) waiting over a long Christmas/new year break is not reasonable. He is really milking all the extra kisses and cuddles he's getting though On the letter from Liverpool it said that they will claim direct from the insurance company, so that's one less thing to worry about thankfully.
