Her rasping had eased so much it was hard to hear. Although she was still breathing fast, I don't think it was as bad, and it didn't see to be quite such an effort for her. Spooky or what? Recently they have lost a few of their lovely pets through ill health. They have only one dog now Suki who is very weak and poorly. She is a good age and has had a fine life since they rescued her.
