The op was cancelled today as she had atrial fibrillation, so she is now in cardiac ward with drugs to slow her heartbeat. If it can be slowed enough she can go home, otherwise she has to stay in. Chuffin cold day here too, but very sunny. We went to a village near Belper to track a spaniel pup who had run off with lead attached, last seen by a fast flowing stream. I expected a real challenge, but as soon as we got there the pup was reunited. A farmer had found him in barn and shut door quick. So we were at a loose end and went for a walk at Crich Memorial which is really high up with splendid views. And there were heaps of snow where it had been cleared from paths. It was somewhat bracing, and Wispa was glad of her neoprene gundog waistcoat. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
