Clare
Had lots of trouble finding the new steriods but eventually found a pharmacy who had them in stock. Murf is really weak and struggling today, the heat is doing us no favours but I don't think I can let him go on like this much longer

Clare
Thank you for all the thoughts  Murf is getting weaker, I spoke to my vet yesterday who in turn spoke to the specialist and they have a different opinion on the way forward, although my vet says that he bows down to the specialist in a veterinary position, but his personal view is that he feels if the drugs haven't worked now then they are not going to, he thinks its time to call it a day The specialist wants to take more blood on Friday and see what they look like, although she admitted that she wasn't too hopeful, and this would mean not having the results until the following week. My vet said to sleep on it and call him today with what I want to do, which I just have.  I have made an appointment for Thursday for Murf to be checked over and possibly some blood taken that can be looked at immediately in the surgery to get his %. If this has dropped again then I will be sending my boy to rainbow bridge on Friday if any hope comes from the exam and % then we will send the bloods off and wait until next week to see results.
