We met up with some friends and had a good time by the lake and had a trip to the coast too. On the beach by the lake Keith and Ed and the barbeque Keith and Ed dancing with some music students staying in the area By the castle at Le Castella mama Brillo (We named her after the restaurant she runs with her family!)To celebrate her saints name day she made this cake to share with the rest of her neighbours in her village. we were invited to her home to see the cake and share in a drink. video of cake being taken into the village The cake was taken into the village and the men accompanied it playing their drums video of the men accompanying the cake And then shared out sharing the cake sunrise on the lake Fresh bread in the morning The view from our apartment window Edited August 31, 2009 by houndzrus Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I apparently have Italian blood from some time long ago (would explain a few things ) and we have a friend in Italy who would be happy to have us, if she still lives there then.
