I am also going to nag you to speak to the Police. They may give you mugshots to look at or they may know who these girls are and if they can pick them up fairly quickly then the injuries to the girl will be a dead giveaway. I'm glad you're ok (ish?) apart from being shook up and aching I agree with what others have said re the police.
