Timmy is going in for an operation tomorrow to remove a blip just underneath his bottom 'lip' which the vet thinks may be a Mast Cell Tumour. It's going to be a tricky one because it is recommended that when removing an MCT, the vet should excise 2 cm all the way around the lump, but because of where this is on Timmy (see pic below), there isn't that much skin/flesh around it. I have no doubt it will be painful for him afterwards and will make it difficult for him to eat as well. Please would you send him some positive thoughts and also for the lump to be non-aggressive if it is an MCT.
