He looks silver dun at the moment but will probably go iron gray when he looses his foal coat. All went well although Sam says it was a short but quite difficult labour and Sheri was wacked out and lay on the floor for ages, she was still very tired this morning and not inclinded to eat so Wanda donated her bag of carrots which went down a treat and perked Sheri up enough to eat some haylage! Baby is suckling well and has been cantering round the box, foals are amazing arn't they! No name yet but Sam's sisters are working on it and as they are 10 and 7 we have to hope he doesn't end up as Twinklehooves or Dinky! He's a well bred little chap, Sheri is a Thoroughbred by Classic and daddy is a Connemara, Kilamazing Realt Dor or something like that.
