  1. Abby. It's bad enough living with daily aches and pains as I well know but when they say they have found 'something' must make it even more depressing even if it's harmless it's just all the hospital stuff and messing about that gets you down. I take all sorts of concoctions for my joint problems so I can avoid taking drugs. I have a Tens machine, various creams that I rub on to the offending joints, a few magnetic thingies, a Pain Gone pen and a Micro Doctor device which is like a Tens but without the weird tingling sensations I have a huge collection of gadgets I also take Glucosamine, Linus powder, and Omega 3,6 and 9 but in a veggie form. It's difficult for me to recommend anything in particular as different things work for different people and what works on me one day doesn't necessarily work the next time! Hope life can be more sunny and cheerful for you soon
  2. Another fan of Dog Games harnesses here Our three doglets look great in them and find them very comfy but they are also very strong

  5. I had to do something as although I was 9 and a half stone which doesn't sound too bad I am only 4ft 11ins short tall The funny thing is as you probably know, everyone expects vegans to look anaemic, sickly and thin In fact people usually remark how well I look and are shocked when I tell them I am vegan.
  6. I have lost 12 lbs over the last few months but kept very quiet about it I have stopped for now as I am reasonably happy at 8st 8lbs I may have another go later on when the cold weather has passed. I would like to get down to 8st but not going to worry about it. Although I am vegan I am very prone to weight gain unfortunately Good luck to all you dieters
