Was the cod liver oil for the omegas ? If it was maybe try a flax seed mix instead ? The cheapest and best way is with freshground seeds. Take a large jar and half fill it with flaxseeds (golden), fill the rest of the jar with equal quantities of sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds, and shake altogether. For humans 2 - 3 tbsp is about right, so for Cooper 1 - 2 tsp. As you need them, place the seeds into a coffee grinder, and whizz for a few secs, and use straight away. For the girls I usually mix them into a bit of yogurt and they get a few spoons each as dessert. Hope Cooper feels more mobile soon
