Nothing too gory from me... I was bitten on the arm by a horse, resulting in beautiful bruising that migrated further down past my elbow in the day after the picture was taken.

100% and 87% for me

On moneysavingexpert.com there is section for mobile phones. There is a representative from Vodafone on there and the ceo's contact details have been posted a few times too I think. Might be useful.

For Any Parent That Had At Least One Child Under 16
carolinem replied to dirtychicken's topic in Non Animal Chat
It's not exactly non-means tested. If you look at page 29 of the HMRC.gov link, if your income is above £42,450 you are unlikely to receive it. -
I don't have any experience with sleep walking/talking, but to follow on from previous posters it sounds like relaxation is a key avenue to go along. Try breathing and meditation techniques for relaxation (there are plenty of books or resources on the www) or yoga could help. Hope you find something that helps soon.

I'm sure I have posted recently, but just in case...............................................

There are many different "dongles" for different things. If the pc/laptop does not have a wireless card built in, then you need to use a usb adapter (also sometimes called a dongle) so the computer can "talk to" the router and connect to the internet. Ethernet is indeed a network for computers to connect to a router by cable.

Yep, me too - mine's a Tefal Express Turbo

You're absolutely right about eating longer acting carbs after the sugar. So that's a pocket full of sweets and a couple of sandwiches in the other pocket then mooandboo - Good idea to find time to talk to him about the diabetes, he may not realise when his blood sugars are awry.
-
My son is type one diabetic and I would agree with all that's been said. lol at mooandboo's post You could try carrying some barley sugars (or similar) and offer him one if he's being moody. As an adult, presumably in control of his diabetes, he will accept or decline as appropriate.

there's a lot about Icesave on the MoneySavingExpert site Look here

I am sure you used to be able to get a "DIY will kit" from WH Smith - don't know if you still can.

Make sure you are not in a conservation area, or there are no tree preservation orders on the trees before you start

No problems with supply around here......yet! Last time I filled up it cost me over £100 so I kinda hope I'll not be doing that again for a while.

LPG conversions usually eat into the boot space - don't know about the Focus Estate though. Also, you can't use the Eurotunnel with a LPG car (in case it makes any difference)

We have this around the entire perimeter of our (somewhat large) garden. In some area it is plain, one run is backed by a 20ft hedge, and in other areas there are different plants trained up it - keeps the dog in too! I'd say this offers a solution for all tastes. Like the idea of a "fedge" too.

Bet you can't guess ....................... Caroline (Never really liked it, but can't think of anything better!)

Anyone Know The Hawkhurst Area Of Kent......
carolinem replied to Tempest's topic in Non Animal Chat
I was brought up in Hawkhurst - lived on the main road (Moor Hill) near the junior school. It was a geat place to grow up. (You should note at this point that we moved away 38ish years ago so things have probably changed by now - and my views are those of a carefree youngster with no dog ) -
the picture that conjures up. ...Good tip

I liked the judges explanation as to why she chose the giant schnauzer. She said she liked his muscle tone and the way he looked and acted as if he owned the place. The owner was so down to earth and the dog was obviously a well loved family dog (unlike the impression I got about the beagle)

My FIL uses arrowroot (a teaspoonful for a black lab sized dog) on the food to firm up poos. He was a dog handler in the RAF and this is what they used to use.

RMF - I have eaten a bucketload of chocolate today , but I did put my washing machine back together (been waiting for bits since Sunday). And it works too
