sundaygirl Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 I just had a call from a friend to say that our other freind we meet to walk the dogs with has lost her lovely girl Maddie today....She was a lovely collie x springer who was rescued by my friend just over a year ago and who has been her constant companion ever since and she will be devastated by the loss. It was a freak accident, Maddie was chasing her ball, as she always was and ran into a tree, she died instantly and there was nothing anyone could do... I know how devoted her family were to her and how they must be feeling tonight but they gave her a year of love and devotion that she would not have known before....
