  1. Vettel has been handed a penalty too, a 10 place drop down the next grid.
  2. Thats useful to know. One of my dogs stood on one last year. and I also walk another two on heathland every day. Can the piriton save their lives? I may well buy some just in case.
  3. Hello fugees! Would like to pick your brains please! Im wanting to go over to a contract, as Im currently paying about £20-£30 a month on pay as you go with Orange. (Im only interested in texting and calls, dont do anything else!!) Ive done a fair bit of research and googling, but Im finding it a minefield, so many contracts and deals out there! So can I please ask, do any of you have a contract costing about £15 a month, whichh will give me plenty of texts, and hopefully lots of minutes, so I can save a bit of money. Im edging towards the Orange Dolphin 15 at the mo, which gives me unlimited texts, and 100 minutes, for £15 a month, which would be fine, but is there anything better? Also Im not keen on being tied to a 2 year contract. Thankyou!
  4. Happy to send a small donation, whats the paypal addy?
  5. So sorry youre facing this. Ive also had to accept that my Tilly is nearing the time, and I phoned the vets to have my wishes registered, and find out costs. I have been quoted, £220 - this is for pts at surgery, private cremation, ashes returned in wooden casket. £250 - for pts at home, private cremation, ashes returned in wooden casket. It really varies around the country, so you'll only know by asking your vets. But at least you have an idea.
  6. How about one with a velcro strap? Also a lot of the bracelet style ones come large so you can take links out to fit. I think youre best bet is to see them and try them on to be honest.
  7. Could the nuts and milk include coconut milk? I would have thought if so then it would have to labelled as such. Just a thought. Get well soon.
  8. What absolute torture, having to spend time with them 'orrible things!!
  9. Theyre only showing the short version now. Do you think that there were genuine rail users there, or were they all actors/dancers?
  10. Glad you posted this as I only caught the tail of end of it last night, tis brilliant indeed!
  11. Funnily enough, lazydaisy, im on the case!! Just remembered I used that once too, so am mad busy tying to find it!! Will certainly look at the linky too, thanks blackmagic, and celeste!
  12. Im trying to help a friend of mine, who cant afford double glazing, so Ive mentioned getting secondary instead. Ive googled it but cant find out much about it. Basically, my friend is disabled, but works full time so doesnt qualify for any kind of financial help. But at the moment he's really suffering with this cold weather as his windows are pretty rubbish! All the info I can find is about fitting it yourself, which he also cant do. Cant find any prices either. Any ideas anyone?
  13. Ive heard Ulrika Jonsson is going on, and Michelle Heaton, the orange one from Liberty X!! Cant for the life of me remember the others though. I dont watch BB any more, but Ive always liked the celeb version.
  14. Its on again tonight at 6pm I think, for anyone who missed it. I might watch it again, it was lovely.
  15. Was listening to the radio today, where people were invited to call in with their personal highlight of the year. After much thinking, I had to admit I havent had one, its been the same old thing day in and day out, not one really exciting or life-changing event has happened to me this year, not even a holiday.(But also happy to say nothing terrible has happened either.) So to cheer me up a bit, lets hear yours!!
  16. Tough one this year. All the Olympians are deserving, but I would have to go for Lewis Hamilton.
  17. Maybe someone with a conservatory? With the heating off, sort of outside, but inside as well??
  18. Is it finger food only? If not, Id suggest couscous with some chopped salad veg in it, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh mint, lemon rind and anything you want to add really.
  19. Im so sorry to hear this sad news, he was a dear old man, and Im sure he knew love in his last few weeks. Run free Sid.
