doggy.lover Posted June 21, 2010 Report Share Posted June 21, 2010 Unfortunately it looks as if Barney has a tumour on his lungs. However, the consultant says there is a good chance of removing it. We're just hoping that it has not spread. The operation will probably be a week tomorrow. My mollydog had this operation 3 weeks ago and had half her right lung removed. elainew Posted June 28, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 28, 2010 Unfortunately when they operated they could not believe how bad the tumour was, it was wound around his heart and they could do nothing about, it had also invaded other organs, so Barney was not woken up. The vet reckoned that he would have only had a very short time left. Michelle and Mark are devastated.
