flukespad
I think Melp got me on a weak moment No seriously it will be an honour to help these 2 fab girlies out.Piper will be coming to my madhouse to stay with Muz & PK (my dog & cat) 2x 16 week lab x pups and 6 x 8 week old pups ( possible staffie/lurcher x sheps will see when I get there lol ) that I am picking up tomorrow from another un wanted litter near our vets. Meanwhile Tikka is going to a fab foster home with a view to keeping her She will be an only dog and am sure will get spoilt rotten by the family will let you know how it all goes Both girlies are booked into be speyed on Monday (get the horrible bits over with quickly) and then in a couple of weeks both are already booked into training /socalising classes to give them that extra boost to help them settle into their new lives down here in cold snowy Kent and to continue the fab work that has already been done with them. Would just like to say a big well done to all who have worked so hard to help these little ones this far.You are all marvelous Edited January 5, 2009 by flukespad
Helly
and then in a couple of weeks both are already booked into training /socalising classes to give them that extra boost to help them settle into their new lives down here in cold snowy Kent. could you take a camcorder for this bit please jokes apart, both have been very well socialised with every breed known to man but lack a few manners and social skills as i cant let them jump on paying boarding dogs to learn. When they do get too 'in yer face' with dogs they get told off and back down quickly. Tikka was the first of the 4 to learn the basic commands and is the brightest by a long way... but she also needs a hell of a lot more exersise than piper. Piper is slower, fatter, more food motivated and lazy in comparison they both eat like they didnt get fed sinse last week mind, supapoo and chappie and a pigs ear on a sunday Both will work for food but tikka is more likely to get distracted, whereas a bomb could go off and you wouldnt get pipers head out of her bowl. I will miss them in a warped kind of way honest
