I've just come back from my first weigh in and I've lost 8lbs

Thank you for the birthday wishes I had a very nice day with some lovely pressies

Thanks Wendbert and Godin I have survived today so far and am determined to stick with it My most difficult day is going to be my birthday on sunday I have to be good as my first weigh in is on monday.

I'm on day 4 of the cambridge diet and have resisted the temptation to jump on the scales every day but for some reason I'm feeling a bit wobbly today and must keep myself busy and away from the fridge!

Can I join in please I started the Cambridge diet yesterday and I have about 4 stone to lose

My hounds can tolerate Drontal but funnily enough not Advocate A dose of that had them vomiting for hours when we tried it

RMWeirdF.... Just come back from our daily river walk and saw something I never thought I would see on the river and of course I didn't have the camera Batman and Robin (or rather I think people dressed as them ) Kite boarding along the river at high tide :yikes: Certainly made me smile anyway Sid barked at the kites, Chloe shot off into the field in fright and Miya hardly noticed them, well they weren't at sniff level were they :lol: Haven't been posting as I seem to be in the grip of a nasty bout of work related depression but am thinking of everyone who is having problems illnesses etc

Funnily enough so do we just along the coast I forsee a day of snowball fights with the boys and mad dogs on the hills......I will take the camera. Chloe will be most unimpressed as she gets snowballs collecting on her leg feathers

I think I am probably depressed through stress at work (reorganisation), preparing to move house somewhen this year, having eldest move back home and not getting any time to myself but I don't want to admit it to anyone Funny how I can say something here but not to family/friends
