  1. What fabulous photos, everyone! I'm ashamed to say that I didn't take any photos this year Must be because I spent too much time feeling a bit odd, due to the heat (or the beer)!
  2. We've only just got home, because we went via Somerset (on purpose ) It was lovely to meet everyone (again). We had a really great time and I was very proud of my little pack, even if they were hopeless at the games I'd better not tell Tricks that he has another fan - that kind of stuff goes straight to his hard bully head I'd like to say a huge thank you to Amy for all of her hard work. You are a marvel, Amy. :flowers:
  3. Really looking forward to this weekend. Although I'm absolutely knackered, so if you hear someone snoring under a tree, that'll be me.
  4. I've got some mini cheese & onion rolls and some mini jaffa cakes.
  5. I'm not sure when we'll get there. Some time tomorrow afternoon, hopefully! Am trying to work at home today, surrounded by excited dogs who know that something's afoot because 'things' have started gathering in the kitchen! It's very hard to concentrate. Will be off to the supermarket this evening. Any ideas what we're lacking pawty food wise? Sweet or savoury?
  6. Thanks for the link. She doesn't generally like foods that have rice or veg in, so she probably wouldn't be keen. I might get some to try though as the other 4 will eat anything. They've had a very varied diet recently - eating all the stuff Roxy refuses!
  7. Thank you! Is it possible to change the title to make it obvious it's an old, updated thread?

    A Very Down Dog

Very sorry to read about Murf, and sending lots of positive thoughts for him.
  9. Really sorry to read about poor Tess. Lots of good wishes from us
  10. Sorry for dredging this thread up, but I thought about it the other day and wondered how long ago it was that I posted it. Turns out, it was exactly a year ago. The good news is that Roxy is still very much alive and she's much healthier and happier than she was a year ago. The only 'treatment' she's had has been milk thistle, and I'm convinced it's helped her. She still has her off times and goes off her food, but they only last a few days and then she gets her appetite back and perks up again. I've given up trying to feed her the healthier dog foods and she now has whatever she wants - tins of Butchers are what she'll eat most reliably. She also has chicken and cous-cous (cous-cous is just about the only non-meat item that she'll eat, other than KitKats, and I obviously don't want her to eat many of those; although I'm wondering if she was weaned on KitKats as she always perks up when she sees one, and she is from York (home of the KitKat) ). I might take her back to the vet for a blood test soon, to see how the results compare to last year. Hoping she's still around this time next year!

  14. Sorry to hear a few people aren't able to make it any more. We're still going and are thoroughly looking forward to it - it's such a nice campsite.
  15. Another reason to celebrate is that it's Murphy's 5th Gotcha day on the Friday.
  16. She's such a little poppet! Congratulations
