Karen Posted July 2, 2006 Report Share Posted July 2, 2006 It's been a sad couple of months. Jack, my third and last oldie bunny died on Friday, 5 days after his 11th birthday. The vet had diagnosed a massive lung problem. Jack was born here and is the only rabbit that I have ever owned for his whole life. Being a bit of an ungrateful character Jack spent his first 6 or 8 years hating me and growling at me whenever he could. But I couldn't hold his bad temper against him when he was such a striking looking bunny, long ears and lovely ginger coloured splodges. Jack spent the last 7 years living with his mini hareem of Millie and Megan in a big enclosure, I'm sure their companionship helped him along to the advanced age of 11 years.
