Katie Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 Had my 2nd attempt at my driving test today (well yesterday now) and am delighted to say that I passed! Failed my first one a fortnight ago after having a 'blonde moment' at a roundabout but today I managed to bring my brain with me and despite the roads being pretty chaotic with Xmas shoppers everything went smoothly. Have worked out it has taken me nearly 24 years to pass! 23 and a half to pluck up the courage to start learning and around 6 months to actually learn and get through my test. To anyone still dithering about learning don't let being a bit older put you off - I enjoyed very minute of it once I started to get the hang of it and only wish I had done it years ago!
