my sister has just called to say that Tom, my 10 yr old nephew has just been found in his bedroom sobbing... because he misses my Bridge Baby Dougal who went over to Rainbow Bridge in August She's no idea why he's suddenly thought about Dougal, and apparently the consolation that Muppet is now here isn't any good because Muppet is a "stupid dog who is nothing like Dougal" (how right is that?!). Funny thing is, Tom and Dougal never really interacted that much, Dougal never liking small children as long as he lived.

Tanzi is buried at my parents garden, Buster is in a casket in my bedroom and Smirnoff and Dougal are both in these http://www.poffins.co.uk/acatalog/Poffins_..._Frames_54.html Gorgeous photo frames from the lovely people at Poffins. They are slightly raised from the wall but take a 10 x 12 photo so each have a portrait in the frame and behind them are sealed the ashes. Noone knows that the ashes are there and I still remember them

Oooh it's nice to read a few pages and have mostly good news from all peeps My Muppet went to the National Dog Show Championship today and again took a qualifying Crufts place (not that he needs it now but they were on offer and he got third in puppy which qualified him) so I am mostly like this ----> 'twas the oddest day though, never heard so much gay innuendo and bitching at a show before, and it's usually quite bad but it was today (eta good gay innuendo - a lot of competitors are openly gay and they can't resist micky taking) (eta again - oooh Alexis good luck!!! )

For 2 whole days i've been trying to establish what the odd smell is in my house. I gave up tonight and lit an incense stick to disguise it. Now I can smell the incense. Guess what... it has an odd smell....
