Jasper is a beautiful 10 year old Border Collie boy who is in an Oldies Club foster home in Cranwell, Lincolnshire.

This stunningly handsome lad will make someone a truly special companion as he has a lovely personality. His foster carer tells us:

Jasper settled into our home straight away. Although he hadn’t lived with dogs before, he fitted in well with ours. He even gets on with the cat.

Jasper is a fit and healthy boy who still enjoys his walks. He walks well on the lead and his recall is good when off the lead.

Jasper loves children and any visitors get a warm welcome! He loves to play with a ball and his favourite toy is a kong (especially when stuffed with a few treats!).

Jasper is happy to be left for several hours and settles down nicely. He travels well in the car and will just have a woof from time to time.

I think that he would suit a home with someone who is older or a family with older children so he could have a happy and relaxed retirement.

Jasper has been vet-checked and he is is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and flea and worm treated.

If you are interested in offering Jasper a new home, please refer to our Adoption Procedures for information about the adoption process. You can then contact an Oldies Club rehoming co-ordinator as follows:

Email: [email protected]

Telephone: 0844 586 8656

Jasper can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, subject to a satisfactory home visit, but note that you will be required to travel to the foster home to meet him.

There is something very special about this boy, isn't there? He's spent most of his life as an only dog with an older person but has slotted into a foster home with younger dogs, children and a cat with no problem at all so I reckon he could fit in just about anywhere.

He's apparently very waggy and a big softy
