I too was obsessed with horses, I loved - The Lone Ranger, Champion the wonder Horse, White horses (can remember playing this in school). Also Daktari, Robinson Cruso. Have you noticed I was a child in the '60s. When little sis came along (aka Loobie) I had an excuse to watch all the '70's kids shows :)

marine boy, scooby doo, bill and Ben, Andy pandy, woodern tops,

Hectors house, Magic roundabout, champions, persuaders,

Kids from 47a, tomorrow people[ Mike holloway :wub: ]

starskey and Hutch, and the cowboy thing that had Pete Duel and Ben Murphy in.

The best Robin Hood series

Branded - I think I must be the only person who remembers this :( I loved it.

 

 

Nope, I well remember Branded and Chuck Connors. He was in quite a few western series at the time and I watched every one avidly. I think it was him who starred in the tv version of Shenandoah.

 

As for the Robin Hood theme - to my eternal shame I sang along to it and was word perfect.

 

How old (or sad :laugh: ) am I?

Found this one high chapparal some of these tunes were really very good, I could never pronounce Chapparal when I was wee and used to say " Pasharal", and hands up who fancied Blue Boy :wavey:

Does anyone remember Survivor ? about a virus that wipes out most of the humans ? looks like theres going to be a re-make coming soon on the Beeb :biggrin:
