Abby
My Honeysuckle Belgica is loosing its leaves tis a bit mouldy too. ANyone know what I can do about it?
cycas
I fear it probably needs more root space if it's growing out of that pot. You could try feeding it, if you aren't already, but I suspect that won't keep it happy longterm.
Abby
It has been fed and the pot is about 18 inches wide by 14 inches tall. It is budding all along the stem where it lost its leaves. I can get a bigger pot if need be...

ranirottie
my Lavateira (sp) is wilting, the leaves are drooping and going brown and the flowers are wilting. There is no sign of fungus or insects and it is well watered so can anyone tell me what might be wrong? x
nouggatti
My plants that were wilting were not being watered enough, not much help I'm sure They are all fine now with daily watering The rose in the pic might be a Wendy Cussons, and the yellow plant a St. John's wort?? ClazUK
Ooh, is it gorgeous Can you share It is Big thanks to Sam & Mark Squigg who won it in a Refuge auction aaaages ago and gave it to me for a housewarming pressie. And thanks, of course, to Helen for donating it in the first place Does anyone have any experience of slate chippings and dogs? It's the one thing I'm a bit worried about Edited July 31, 2008 by ClazUK

It's the one thing I'm a bit worried about We have slate chippings: they seem to be better than gravel for the dogs feet because they lie flat, and the edges are really not that sharp as they've all sort of blunted from tumbling together. The only thing I'd say is that slate gets astoundingly hot in the sun - much hotter than most other stones. I have some slate tiles in a sunny spot and really can't walk on them when it's hot. Glad you like it Claire

I love the colour idea, I'm just worried about stooopid Sky getting stuck on one of the islands cos of her sensitive sloooki feet Do you think they'd let me stand her in a sack of chippings if I asked nicely? Is it in the post now? Is it? Is it?
